Easy interview. Basic questions. Was quite fast. Just talked about self and experience. Spoke with store manager and cash manager at the time. Was poitive friendly environment. About 20 minutes.

sat and waited for about 2 hours for the interview, then was told they wanted someone with more experience and qualifications, I have over 10 years experience and I had all required qualifications

"do you know what a log splitter is" was the first question, he even put his hands up and talked slow like he thought i didnt know

Entretien
It was a two step process of slide show presentation with other candidates followed by one-on-one interviews. Then a second interview if you make it where they'll ask what you found most interesting about their companies values.
