Entretien
Principal Global Service interview process is un-predictable to understand, after giving all rounds of interview, they provide negative feedback, though in every round it has been stated by Recruiter Analyst that you have clear first round, second round etc. over email and verbal communication.
Secondly, to my surprise when Recruiter Analyst called me up for third round of interview after giving positive feedback of first two round, I requested them to schedule at 4:30 PM, I have been told 4:30PM is rejection panel, so they schedule for 4:00 PM.
To my surprise what sort of process they follow, either they are just wasting candidate time conducting multiple interview on same day with negative feedback as a result or it's just Drive and Branding.
1. Coding + MCQ with Online screen monitoring along with Cam and Video On
2. Discussion with Senior Delivery Manager and Business Consultant
3. Discussion with Delivery Head
4. Hr discussion

Question 1
A. First round : 95 min., Screen monitor assessment test mainly focus on medium to hard level DS question picked up from Leetcode and UML design implementation like Vending Machine designing.
B. Second Round: 55 min.
a. Project Architecture.
b. Rest URI Question.
c. Data consistency problem with solution when two DB are inlvolved.
d. Rest WS security.
e. Oauth 2.0- Full Implementation in depth multiple questions.
f. Scenario base question on Rest WS implementation.
g. AWS question(I have mentioned, that I have not worked on it, still asking question ).
h. Devops Questions related to branching and involvement.
i. DB questions related to designing of tables
Third Round:40 min., has been told would be related to Managerial round but turned out to be technical.
a. Again Intro+Project Archit.
b. Breaking application into Micro-services and provide its design implementation.
c. AWS questions, irrespective of no where mentioned in CV.
d. Roles and responsibility etc.
HR round: 15 min.

Entretien
1. Written question consisting of 18 questions of basic java, jsp and sql. Just go through basics of these things before coming.I guess there is no threshold for this paper. They will interview everyone.
2. Technical round.
Technical round is the most important and difficult one. Atleast 15-20 mins they will invest on your current project description, architecture, technologies. They will derive lot of questions from current project so prepare accordingly. Then there will be technical questions on the things you have mentioned in resume. It was above average to difficult for sure.
3. Manager + Technical.
In Manager round, again they will ask for tool used. Some basic questions on what tools you have used. Then normal managerial questions.
