Initial phone interview with hiring manager, basic behavior/personality questions. Brought in for an in person, then had to do project 100. Pretty standard for this type of position, explain who you know and think you could sell to.

First interview was with the recruiting director. After completing an online assessment, they have you meet with the Managing Director. In this interview you will be asked about who would you be comfortable selling to. They are all about getting you to identify the top 100 people that you would be willing to approach in the first 30-90 days of you being employed.
