One video interview and then I made it to the Microsoft Teams interview, which was 1 hr and 15 min long. Two 30-min intervals with two actuaries interviewing at once, and then a 15 minute conversation at the end.

Two day process, the second day is a day with other programming. Straight forward interview questions, asking about what skills we bring and touches on past experiences. Overall I had a great time.

It was a streamlined process where they asked questions to learn more about me as an individual, then they transitioned into behavioral questions afterwards. At the end of the interview, they opened the floor to any questions that I had for them.
