I completed a video screening via HireVue which had about 12 questions, some requiring audio recording and some typed. After a day, I received an invitation to schedule a video interview, which was held with two company employees. I have not heard back in over a month.

Entretien
There was first a screening call with HR with basic questions like why I want to work for Principal and what I want to get out of the internship. There was a second interview with the department that was more behavioral/situational questions. The majority of it though was just getting to know everyone in the department and what the job entailed.
