I was sent a file with 20 questions to answer and send back before the interview. No mention of these questions was made during the actual interview. The interview lasted an hour during which the interviewer spoke about the company and the job, rarely asking me questions. He did compliment me on my impressive resume but then said that I was probably over qualified for the role, as he was looking for a junior member.
