Entretien
Speak with hiring supervisor to get to know each other, which seems to last for HOURS. Then you take a skills test and go pee in a cup. If everything looks good then you are called back for a ride along. Prepare to do ALL the lifting and crap jobs. If they like your work ethic and patient contact then they hire you.

Scenario questions like. If you were in a situation where a coworker was doing something illegal or against company policy, what would you do?
Submitted an application online, got called the next day for a brief phone interview. Showed up for job interview a week later with a supervisor who didnt have much to say and only asked me 3 or 4 questions. We talked about ice cream and women. Had to take a 100 question mulitiple choice test, fairly easy. Got hired the next day.
