I applied for the job online. About a week later I was contacted by the nurse manager and did a short phone interview. She invited me in to do a formal interview with her and her nurse educator as well as a peer interview with staff.

Tell me about a time where you had a miscommunication at work?

Entretien
You are usally interviewed by the Clinical Manager over our area, then a peer interview with 2 people asking questions. The questions are usually what the Clinical Manager has asked and then you meet with one of our Doctors and just talk for a bit before you leave. Then it is discussed and if you got the job the call Human resources find out all that information in order to you know we would like to have you join our team and let you know about pay and scheduling you for orientation. If you are making a lateral move or it is within the system no hospitsl wide orientation is needed.

My interview was different. i interviewed for a different job and after she heard all my experience she said hold on came back and asked how I would I like my current job. It was a perfect fit.
