Got a call a week after submitting my application to set up an interview. The interview was a mixture of casual conversation and behavioral questions. It went well and was told I would hear back by the end of the week, but didn’t actually hear back until almost a week later to schedule a peer interview. It went the same as the first, but I wasn’t given a timeline that time and felt ghosted since I had to check the job portal to see that I was no longer considered.

One informal phone call and a formal video call. It was a panel interview with the office supervisor, nurse manager, and one of the doctors. Interview process was very quick I had the phone call then the interview the next week and was offered the job 2 days later.
