The interviewer was hiding the true job position which was as a door to door salesman. He (which was the owner of the business) explained the career path if you would work for them. They took you on a day job, where he together with his team would knock door to door for promoting a client service.

First interview is a sit down with 'managing director' invites you back to the office to see how it works. Got send out knocking on people's doors and told to make my own way back from random location! Worst experience of my life. Did everything they could to avoid telling you it was door to door sales!
