Interviewed with HR and the desktop support engineer 2. Process was like how others described. Went through phone interview and video interview. Next was the face to face interview but since I was not local to the KC area I wanted more information about pay whether this was an hourly or salaried position or even a pay range. After the pay question things got awkward with the HR person saying that they are working with a third party company to determine a fair pay range. This was a red light that reminds me of other reviews on here about their pay being crappy.
