Entretien
Interview consists of trial games to test your ability to effectively collect player participation data across a full game. Three trials consist of a full quarter, then a full half, third interview is an entire game. Games can take over 10 hours to complete at first,
After completing 3 college football trial games, the 1st is a quarter, 2nd is a half, and 3rd is a full game, the most accurate are chosen for an interview. The interview is laid back and lasts about 30min. You interview with 2 people and they just ask you questions getting to know you.

Entretien
You complete three trial games. The first one is just a quarter, second is a half, and third one is a full game. People who did a good job get interviewed over Skype. The questions are simple and its more of a conversation than anything.
