I had an interview with the VP of sales and she liked me and wanted me to go for the next step. When I interviewed with the President. It was short and sweet. I had a feeling that he was looking for someone who is more aggressive that I was.

Tell me what have you done started when you were little to now?
Pretty straightforward... phone interview, met with the sales manager, then met with the CEO.
Just go in there and talk about your hunger to get in a sales role and start pounding the phone.
