The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn to request an interview. I accepted the offer because of the awesome reviews on Glassdoor! The conversation with the recruiter was great. She shared information about the company and was very open about the culture. A week or so after the interview I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The call was awesome. After the call, I was even more excited about the opportunity to work with Procore. The hiring manager provided a clear picture of the what the job would look like and was very friendly. It felt more like a conversation. During the call, the hiring manager told me she would like me onsite and things we set up a few days later. The onsite interview was awesome! I met with many people and everyone was nice. After the onsite interview, I really wanted to work at Procore as it seemed like an opportunity for me to grow my career and use my skillset to help the company achieve its goals. The campus is beautiful but the people are what made me want to work at Procore.
