      Straightforward. Nice people, although most everyone I interviewed with had only been with the company 6 months or less. They are undergoing significant growth. I interviewed with the recruiter, 2 VP's and a round with 3 managers from various groups. I was told at every stage that I was a good fit for the role. The recruiter even told me this was "in my wheel house". After the last round of interviews, however, I was ghosted. Recruiter sent a boilerplate email (from their new hiring management system) sayingI was not a good fit. Nothing more. Recruiter refused to respond to any of my emails. Found out later the job had already been promised to someone else who had worked with one of the VP's previously. Another case of nepotism. :(

      4 series of interviews with various Leaders. They were fairly quick to move the process along, which I appreciated. Interviews took 4-5 weeks, most I've interviewed with are taking 8-10 weeks. The final interview was difficult for me because the person literally kicked their feet up on the desk 2 minutes into our interview. I'm fine with casual conversation once we know each other but it's really hard to connect with someone when you're speaking to their feet. Either way, it changed my whole demeanor and I couldn't shake it, All I could think about was "if this is the level of professionalism that I get in an interview, how would I be treated 3-4 months in or a year from now?" In that moment, I lost the desire to work there.
