J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Procore Technologies (Santa Barbara, CA) en mars 2015
Entretien
Procore sent an email via Linkedin asking if I was interested. I responded that I was and was asked to schedule a phone conversation to talk about the position. We scheduled a call the next afternoon. The recruiter was very personable and we cut right to the chase when I said I needed it to be worth my while to move over to Procore. I was asked what my desired salary was and was told that the base range for Procore's Account Managers was 30%-38% less than what I was asking. I was told they do offer a commissions program that would make up for that difference, but without a strong base salary, I told them I couldn't say yes to anything less than my asking base. From there I was asked to talk about why I was interested in Procore, and why I would want to leave my current job. It was a 30 min phone conversation and we ended positively with the recruiter saying that my ask is over the base range they were ready to offer and that she would consult with the director about my request.
Screening call and then 2 x interviews. standard questions, interesting product, didn’t get an offer. Nice people and good communication. Had issues with understanding the construction industry specific questions but other than that standard enough questions

Passed the screening call with flying colors, so I spent a long time preparing the answers that they told me to prepare with my prospective manager. Turns out that was a huge waste of time, the guy came on the call and acted like I was a huge inconvenience to his day, asked me only 3 vague questions and wrapped up our 45 min long interview in 20 min. Generally really rude, obviously didn't want to be on the call.
Please don't waste people's time if you are not genuinely interested in the candidate.

J'ai passé un entretien chez Procore Technologies (Austin, TX)
Entretien
I reached out to the hiring manager on LinkedIn and was able to schedule an interview. I had sent my resume into their system in the past, but I would get a rejection seven months after submitting it, so I am not sure they really have a process there. The interviewer who would have been over me was a condescending jerk know-it-all who would have been difficult to take seriously as a Manager.
