J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Productive Power (Remote, OR) en mars 2019

Submitted an online application, it was immediately followed up with an email for the recorded phone interview. The email included 5 questions to answer during the call. You had 2 or 3 mins to record your response.

I felt there were good and not so good pieces within the recruitement process. The recruiter who reached out to me via LinkedIn was very nice, and I have read a number of positive reviews about the company’s good culture and very involved CEO.
The recruiter had very limited schedule openings, which was challenging for me since I’m working full-time in an open office space (so, it was not always easy to tuck myself away to talk). Like other reviewers have stated, I had to call in and leave a short voicemail pitching myself, and why I thought I would be a good fit for the position.
The rest of the recruitement process took place over a few different short calls. I felt the beief conversations with just the recruiter and the 15 minute video interview made things seem a bit rushed. I also felt the actual interview questions themselves were kind of bland and did not delve too deep into my professional experience.
The thing that I really disliked was a comment the recruiter made at the beginning of the video interview. Although I had talked with her individually on earlier phone calls about my having a family, in the video interview she actually started things off by asking me a personal question about my family. It wasn’t until after the interview ended that I thought to myself, “Great, now that piece of personal information is out there for the panel of interview reviewers to possibly consciously or subconsciously throw into their selection decision.” This frustrated me.
Thank you very much for taking the time to interview with us and for providing your feedback. As a productivity company, we’re always open to ways to optimize our process, and your feedback is very helpful. Ensuring that our candidates have ample time to interview and ask questions of their own is very important to us. Thank you again for your feedback and I wish you the very best moving forward.

First, it was the phone screen recording, then 30 mins interview with the recruiter, a mock training session with a trainer, another 30 minutes interview with the recruiter, and an interview with the mentor trainer. Quite frankly, it's the most extensive interview process I've ever had and I've applied to larger corporations. Additionally, I was skeptical at first because I didn't see any minorities in the company. My skepticism came to fruition because after going through the entire process and doing well, my application was rejected. If you apply to this company, ensure that you have a lot of time to interview, you're not a minority and only possess a bachelors degree. If not, it'll be a complete waste of your time.
