Very standard phone interview that lasted about 25 minutes. They use asked me if I have the scientific or technical background to fill this military subcontract position they were trying to get the bid for. Once I explained my education and experience they were very interested. They provided me with several suggestions and asked me to be as detailed as I could in documenting in my federal resume my background, skills and education in the areas the the military was looking for. I provided my updated resume a few days later for them to submit to the military base and the next day they email me a contingent offer which I accepted.
