I cannot say it was much of an interview. They made me come in just to tell me that they had already chosen a candidate (which they did not disclose beforehand over call/email). I know it is a common thing to happen to applicants, but it felt like a disservice to my time to prepare and drive a couple hours just to be told that at the in person interview rather than a call/email. Other than that, they show you around the building. They did not ask me too much (although that may because of the reason disclosed above). They mostly seemed interested in your background and personality if you are a good fit. I would take that with a grain of salt, however.
