They have 3 interview round. 1. Telephonic they will check basic knowledge of RPG and AS400 , few SQL Query 2. That is important because they asked to write few sudo code on scanario basis. For that round you should have to practically knowledge on RPG and SQL query. asked 2-3 question only. If you write code then you will get the offer. 3. That is manager round if you applied for senior position then they can asked few technical questions else only salary discussion. 4. They will provide good hike as per market rate and MNC . 5. There is no HR round .
