The beginning steps seemed very smooth. Went through two rounds first the recruiter asking basic questions then with two team members. Recruiter was very responsive to my questions as well and making scheduling arrangements. After the second round I did not hear anything back for 3 weeks. Reached out a few times with appropriate time in between. Never ended up getting a response. Would prefer to receive a rejection than no response at all. Especially given the lengthiness of the interviews.
