The interview process was quick. I applied online, and was contacted by the HR rep within 2 days of applying. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and I was invited for a face to face interview. I interviewed with 2 senior team members, both of whom stated I was perfect for the job. I was told that their supervisor had to give the final stamp of approval, but she was away at a conference. Nevertheless the interview was scheduled. The final interview was extemely brief. I could tell from her facial expression and body language, she was not interested in hearing what I had to say or my experience/background, almost dismissive. I was not greeted with the same positive attitude that the senior team members displayed at the previous interview. I was told I would be contacted by the end of the week. After receiving no call back, I outreached the HR rep to follow up. She brushed me off and stated that she was unable to talk and would call me back, which she NEVER did. I then emailed the director (the one who did the final interview) a few days later, thanking for the interview and asked if I was still being considered for the position. Lo and behold the HR rep emailed me back finally stating that they decided to "move in another direction". I guess they still haven't found what they are looking for as they continue to post for this position on Linkedin.
