I had a phone interview, two face-to-face interviews which included shadowing a current employee. Then, I had a final interview to sum up my experience. The whole process took less than two weeks. Every person I met was very friendly and professional. It was an informative process; and I liked being about to shadow. It was a pleasant experience for me, which made my choice to decline the position a difficult one. I was just offered a position that I felt matched my future goals more closely.
