I applied for the Recruiter position via Indeed. The Recruiter reached out to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was scheduled for the next day. During the phone interview she was asking a lot of unnecessary questions. She had my resume and seen that I have over 10+ years in staffing and a college degree. Why are you asking me about my peoples and computer skills? I hung up during the phone interview, and now understand why the position stay posted on indeed.com.

Have had initial interview with Recruiter. Nice lady. Set me up for 2nd interview. Not heard back yet, but it is making me write this review to even research the company. Will update.

Fast and really simple I didn’t have a problem navigating the interview. Everyone was really informative and easy to get along with. Thank you. And this was this morning after pill.
First with human resources rep and then with a recruiting manager. First was very quick and asked basic interview questions. The second was a video call and questions were typical for interview. Ask about competitiveness and willingness to work odd hours if needed.
