Applied through website, called by HR to do a preliminary phone screen, the following week had a phone interview, then had another phone interview the following week. The phone interview questions ranged from reasons for applying to Promega, reasons for interest in this position, to technical questions about scientific knowledge. Traveled to Madison to interview with groups of people and individuals. It was a long day, however it is very informative. The work seemed stimulating and the people were very nice, even when asking difficult questions.

Excellent. Full attention to detail. Many people interview you. They treat you with respect, offer a lunch and provide you with a meaningful feedback.They test for technical and behavioral skills. During that interview they try to detect your future direction. I would advise that you take a moment, judge them and think well if you are a good match for that position. Although the team is composed of the most wonderful people, repetitiveness of the job and sitting in front of computer drains everyone.
