This interview was a total bait and switch. The CEO invited me to interview in person for the SEO Content Writer position, but immediately after my interview began, she told me she did not find my qualifications sufficient for that position. However, she instead offered me a shady commission-only referral gig to recruit local businesses to her services. Big waste of time and very shady that she was not upfront about what she was really looking for.
