There are four rounds. In the first round, I interviewed with one of the consultants for half an hour. Typical behavioral questions such as tell me about yourself, why Propeller, etc. Second round was with one of the managing directors. The interview is very structured, and you will be given a case study. My case study was that a project is falling behind schedule, and the client hires propeller to keep the schedule and project on track. What do you do? Third round was with another managing director for another one hour. More focused on behavioral such as how you wold perform in an environment where you have no authority but all the responsibilities.
