J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Prospect 33 en mars 2026

      Entretien

I had a really uncomfortable and unprofessional interview with Prospect33. The call was with the CEO and a recruiter, who I later realized are married, and the dynamic between them made the whole thing feel like I was being tag‑teamed rather than interviewed. They kept bouncing off each other’s comments in a way that felt more like they were talking down to me than trying to understand my background. The CEO used profanity multiple times, including the word “fucking,” which caught me off guard in a professional interview. Instead of asking about my experience, he went on long rants about AI tools and criticized me for not using the exact ones he personally likes. When I tried to explain my actual experience, it was dismissed almost immediately. At one point he made a snap judgment about my skillset based on a single answer, and even after I clarified, he brushed it off. The recruiter didn’t help the situation. She interrupted often, backed up the CEO’s negative comments, and mentioned having “50 people waitlisted” in a tone that felt intentionally discouraging. Neither of them seemed to know who had contacted me originally, and it was obvious they hadn’t looked at my resume before the call. The salary conversation was another red flag. I applied with the lowest number listed in their own job description, but I was told I “shouldn’t have put that number” and should always low‑ball myself. Then I was asked how much I “needed to survive,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Instead of discussing the actual full‑time role, they pushed an unpaid “mentorship” program and made it clear I wouldn’t be paid if I joined it. Overall, the interview felt disorganized, condescending, and more like pressure to join an unpaid program than a real hiring process. The way I was spoken to and the lack of preparation made me seriously question the company’s culture. I wouldn’t recommend this interview experience to anyone.
