Great Company! Must be diligent, a self-starter, and a motivated individual. No cons whatsoever, the interviewer and associates were great. I am looking forward to having such a diligent, dynamic team alongside me.

The interview process was incredibly long and drawn out. I had 6 separate phone interviews, a questionnaire, a case study, and an excel test. I was then given a questionnaire that was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in interviewing. It was another questionnaire asking ridiculous questions like "Would you object to getting the flu shot?" and "Who was the best and worst US Presidents of all time?" There was also several reading comprehension questions that were more similar to a standardized test. After receiving this, I removed myself from the position. I was told if I were to continue, I would have 3 more interviews. All of this for an Associate position.
