The recruiter and hiring manager were friendly and all was good until the onsite interview. The onsite interview was a series of five 1:1 interviews. To begin with, my 1st interviewer arrived late and left early. The 2nd interviewer entered the room in a daze, he said he was sleepy because he was too tired and kept dozing off! The 3rd interviewer didn't show up and sent an analyst as his proxy, who started off with some hypothetical case study, SQL queries and brain teasers. This woman kept getting upset and v.rude when I asked her questions on her case study (coz that's how you handle case studies! And I know coz I am a consultant). Regardless of communication skills, I expect an interviewer to at the very least "not be rude". It seemed like they had already chosen someone and were not serious about interviewing me. I would have preferred if they cancelled my interview and not wasted my time!
