It was informal which was kind of refreshing because it calmed my nerves a bit. What was offputting was the Director of HR asking how I would handle harassment in the workplace. Now I have been through a lot of interviews and have never been asked this question. After working there for two years I realized it was asked because verbal harassment is common there and you're expected to brush it off like it's not a big deal because there are no real consequences for it anyway.
