Regular straightforward interview. Common questions, why do i want to work here, how can i be of an asset to the company? Experience wasn't necessary, they let us know we will learn all they necessary tools we need to succeed within 5 days.

Entretien
i filled out a 3-4 page Application and was called in for an interview that same week. I met with the Hiring lady and one of the Sales Managers and we spoke for about 15 minutes. They asked me about my prior work experience and why I thought I was a good fit for a Sales job. After a short interview, I was told they would be in touch with me when they were starting their next Training Class. About 7-10 days later, I was called and told that I could start Training the following Monday.

They asked me if I had a valid Telemarketing License in the State of Florida. I didn't, but they told me that they would help me apply for one and even pay the licensing fees with the State. They also asked what hours I was available to work (they had a day shift and an evening shift) and I told them that the day shift would be better for my schedule, so they put me on the day shift.
