I completed a digital interview process by recording my responses to about a dozen questions, which took about 2-3 hours. I don't know how much they considered the video application - then interviewed with the hiring manager.

They asked about my breadth of experience. The thing that threw me off was that the posting said it was for a full time role. When I spoke to the hiring manager, they admitted that it was temporary position. That was very upsetting to me and contributed to my decision to not move forward.
