remote worker who didn't know the difference between an, lpn, rn, and apn initial interview. She also didn't know how to check a license. then robot text. Then 3 weeks later call for initial interview with manager.

Entretien
The interview took place over teams. They asked behavioral based questions and wanted specific examples from your own experience for each question. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I was nervous at first but the people interviewing me were friendly.
Panel interview based on each unit. Mostly you can choose your preference or whichever unit has more openings. Panel interview ranges from 3-5 people who will ask questions about yourself.
