      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Proxyclick (New York, NY) en oct. 2020

      Entretien

      On two separate occasions, gave a total of 3 different work samples to show where and how I'd be able to provide value to the organization. Not once was my effort or labor acknowledged. As a candidate, it's generally expected that the organization offers clear and informative reasoning that leads to a mutual understanding of the potential opportunity. Both the hiring managers were not only incompetent in being upfront about what the responsibility was for the role, but also lacked transparency about how they evaluate their potential candidates. Interviewing at ProxyClick was a terrible experience because neither of the hiring managers provided any form of feedback, reasoning, or constructive criticism regarding my application. For that reason, I'm afraid that my interview experience at ProxyClick was frankly uninspiring, complacent, and completely disrespectful! Interviewing there was simply a huge waste of time.
