Process was smooth. Had a phone call initially with the recruiter. Talked about what my goals were and what I was looking for in the role. Also talked about the requirements of the position, sponsorship and also about the eligibility of FINRA exams. Didn't proceed further because they could not sponsor without the certification.

Interview process was pretty simple, Hirevue, into scheduled interview with multiple individuals that were a part of the Finance team. Everyone did a good job of making me feel comfortable and asking questions that were expected of me.
