1st rd on Campus. 2nd Round Super Day / Case Study. 3rd Round Final Super Day in Chicago. The process was pretty quick. Make sure you know the technical basics of real estate. Know the three ways to value a building: Comparable, Cost, Income Capitalization. Know the relationship between Cap Rate & NOI & Market Value. Know the difference between ways to value a building and investment return metrics (IRR, NPV, Equity Multiple). Also know key debt metrics: Debt Yield, DSCR, LTV. If you are passionate about real estate and have strong technicals you'll be fine. But you can't learn this stuff overnight. If you don't live and breathe analyzing real estate investments... It's probably not a good fit.

Question 1
What are the property asset classes?
What do you think is a risk in the commercial real estate industry?
What are the three ways to value property?
Describe a time where you took a risk?
Went through the HireVue, pretty straightforward questions. Prudential is a company that definitely values the ability to problem solve and work in a team. Overall, a fair interview that requires prep.
