First, there was a phone interview. That was then followed by the in person interview. Then phone follow up interview with the team you would be working with. Nice people involved.

The interview process was initiated with a 30 minute phone call. Later I was asked to come back to have three interviews in a day, one with a newer worker, one with an experienced worker, and one with the director of the department.
