I sent in my resume. I received a link for a video recorded interview. This interview asked basic costumer service questions. I then completed a questionnaire and assessment, after which I got a WebEx interview with the hiring manager and the team manager asking more challenging questions about work experience. Waited for 2 weeks before I got my job offer.
