I was contacted online... Went to the office to take a reasoning exam and talk a bout with the hiring manager. I was sent a personality test. The manager told me i told "extremely well" on both. I went in the next week and talked to the hiring manager again. (It is more like talking and less like interviewing) I was told I will be starting a ten week training program after finishing my school (CUNY) in May.
