Worst interview process. They need to realize prospective employees do not want to do video interviews and they are not a good way to hire people. On top of that, so much discrimination can happen based on them. Awful. Get rid of the video interviews and go back to actually talking to people

After passing the technical interview, had the pleasure to interview a peer. Interviewer asked general AWS questions and behavioral questions.
Even though I answered all of their questions giving examples from real life scenarios I learned from HR that they will not be moving me forward even though I was a "strong candidate".
Throughout the interview I could see them playing bingo on paper , crossing out every generic word which should have been said for the perfect answer. I would have looked for substance and ask more questions to judge the candidates knowledge, sadly they didn't.

3 interviews during 2 week period in 1998, panel and 1-on-1. Panel interviews were a surprise. Then individual. Questions were analytical and situational. Background info on tech then more on analytical skills.
