In my case, the Employment and Labor Group had 3 attorneys for me to work under so I had to interview with all 3 individually. It was about 30 minutes per interview.

They kept it pretty basic and strictly asked questions regarding my skill and my resume in order to ensure I would be the right fit for the job. Each interviewer was different in his/her approach but overall I would say it was a conversational type of interview.
