Entretien
One to one recruitment. Interviewer interested in experience in financial industry but more emphasis on mindset of interviewee. Informal exchange on benefits package in return for hard work. Discussion on "dream board" and how to achieve using resources of the company and on-the-job training. Interviewee has to commit time and effort on the targets set.
Anyone who is willing to join this company can talk to one of the consultants. The process is not complicated. As long as you meet the minimum requirements, you will be recruited.

Entretien
Basically it's an easy entrance with at least a secondary education certification requirement. Subject to 3 credits in SPM and required to pass the Computerized Unit Trust Examination (CUTE). As for the process, most recruiter will describe about how much you will earn and whether are you up to putting extra efforts in order to succeed in this industry. All in all, it is still up to you to decide your passion and direction towards this industry. If there is, you will do well.
