1.) Phone screening
2.) Timed reading/summary assignment
3.) Articles assigned to be read before the interviews
4.) Interviewed with three people in a row, 30 minutes each
Didn’t get the job. I asked for feedback, but my email went unanswered.
pretty simple, they ask you to review an article that they give you and you have to present its arguments, and then they ask you some behavioural questions to assess your ability to work the job.

Entretien
The interview process was brutal. I had three interviews as well as assignments outside of those interviews. This seemed over the top for a very entry level role. One interview as 1.5 hours long, with three separate people. This could have been a panel interview as some of the interviewers were very hard to talk to. They also asked for FIVE references which seems over the top for a role primarily meant for graduates.
