Pretty basic interview the manager what they will call an open interview so basically a couple of questoins to make sure interest responsability and over all its really not that difficult ,they do screenings pre hiring and randoms its one good thing to know for all the 420 community

It was straightforward and was easy, probably depends on the need for workers. Publix is always hiring especially during this pandemic so there is always potential for someone to get hired
