Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.

Entretien
I applied and had to pester the manager for about two weeks until I got a phone call. The interview was a week later and that's when they offered me the job. I got drug tested later that week and had to wait another week to get the results of the drug test.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.

I applied online and I showed up at the job fair in both March to learn about the company and April to actually do my interview. It was for a new store they are opening in Rolesville.
