The interview was well-structured and pretty transparent about expectations. Multiple rounds made it lengthy, but that's expected for their hiring bar. Interviewers maintained a professional tone throughout - a bit formal but approachable. Left with a good sense of how seriously they take their hiring decisions. The caliber of people I met was impressive, lots of cutting-edge AI work happening here.
