The interview The process was longer than necessary, starting with an online test followed by a detailed discussion about company culture before the technical interview. I had to spend 30 minutes learning about the company, which felt like a waste of time since I didn’t pass the technical interview. It would make more sense to cover this information only after determining if the candidate passes the technical round.

It was intense, I feel that I haven't had much opportunity to talk about myself and my experiences, it was more about themselves. The recruiting process wasn't great in my opinion.
