I had a first interview with someone from the HR. It lasted about 45 minutes. She asked me few situational questions. She then sent me a mail the day after to tell me that she was really impressed with my background and that she would like to schedule another phone interview with the senior manager. The interview with the senior manager took 15 minutes and i received an email the day after stating that they will be making me an offer to join their firm.
