It was work on a project that I took time out to do for free and your response, instead of at least being appreciative of the fact that I did the work, is to say that I didn't cover extra credit points. You do realize that candidates who have the luxury of time will be able to complete that and that it's not an assessment of core competency, but rather who's willing to sell themselves out the most and spend hours without compensation.
